Today we went to Dr. Fernando's office for Claire's 6 month checkup (and shots). Dr. Fernando gave me a sucker and drew a snake on my hand (although I asked for a dinosaur). And I sat patiently in the chair as he went over Claire's development with Mommy. He said that she can start drinking juice and eating stage 2 baby food now since she has two bottom teeth and can sit up by herself. She weighed 20lbs. 4oz. and is 27.5 inches long. And he said her head was the size of a 27-month-old! She ended up getting four shots and the oral rotavirus vaccine, which luckily she didn't puke up all over the nurse this time. It was a good visit!

Happy Half Birthday, Claire!! I LOVE the bow in your hair; mommy, did you make that, or buy it? And where? And wow - 20 lbs...you are the same size as our little ones. :)Go you!
